As long as he can remember, Sean has had a passion for Construction and Real Estate. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics and immediately moved down to San Diego to help his family start and run their residential construction business, and where he would ultimately reunite with his college sweetheart, marry and settle down.
Over the last 15 years, Sean has dedicated his career to remodeling and new construction projects throughout San Diego County. Leveraging his construction expertise and real estate knowledge as a San Diego Realtor®, Sean has also represented countless home buyers and sellers over the last decade. Ultimately, Sean made the hard decision to leave his family’s construction business and go off on his own to start a new venture with his wife, Melissa, under Scofield Homes, Inc. Sean is a California licensed Broker of Real Estate and California licensed General Contractor.
Together with his wife, Sean is passionate to share with his clients how real estate, when positioned correctly, has the potential to enrich our lives and our financial futures.
Melissa Scofield
Vice President
San Diego real estate professional Melissa Scofield is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara where she received highest honors within her BA in Business Economics. She moved down to San Diego shortly after graduating to reunite with her college sweetheart, who would eventually become her husband and business partner.
Prior to joining forces with her husband, Melissa spent the majority of her career in the Commercial Real Estate industry working at a large, corporate real estate brokerage selling and buying investment properties on behalf of private clients. She also spent time in advertising sales working with many of the top, corporate Commercial Real Estate firms in San Diego crafting comprehensive advertising packages that supported their marketing goals. Melissa has held various board positions for multiple, local real estate organizations.
During her tenure in the industry, Melissa has received numerous accolades recognizing her achievements, spoken on several industry panels and has even been published in a local real estate publication.
Melissa is a California licensed Broker of Real Estate, San Diego Realtor®, C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator and C.A.R. Certified Property Manager. She is passionate about giving back to her community, especially when it comes to fostering connections between her peers.
